Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return requests must be approved before shipment
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at support@mountararatt.com with your order number and reason for return.
Because orders may ship from either a U.S. warehouse or an international fulfillment center, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address after your request is reviewed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
U.S. Warehouse Orders
If your order was fulfilled from a U.S. warehouse, we may provide a U.S. return address after approval.
International Fulfillment Orders
Some products may be fulfilled from international warehouses depending on availability. International return instructions may vary based on the product and fulfillment location.
Please do not send items back to the original shipping address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please contact us and we will help you with the best available option.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled, it must follow our return process.
Delivery Issues
